The Table Tennis Group welcomes players of all abilities for some gentle exercise and great fun each week.

We play doubles and some singles, depending on the number of players attending.

We play on two good quality tables, purchased in 2015 with a grant from the Town Council. Bats and balls are provided, but there is a charge for hire of the Keble Room so those attending each session are expected to pay £1.50 per person towards costs. These costs cover replacement balls, etc., as well as the room hire. As players arrive we ask them to sign an attendance book (for insurance reasons) and pay their £1.50.  You do not have to ‘join’ our Group but just turn up when you wish to play.

Should the main Community Centre door be locked, try the side door or ring the bell when someone will let you in if you have been heard.
