The aim of the group is to help members get going on the basics of computer use, surfing the internet, using email and creating documents using programs such as Word and Excel. Computer and Internet security will be addressed. You are welcome to come to fix a particular problem or stay more long term.

The best way to learn how to use computers is to have hands-on experience. If you have a laptop computer please bring it along as it is best for you to learn on your own computer. For those who have a desktop computer, I am willing to visit you to sort out particular problems.

Wi-Fi is available so everyone should be able to get onto the internet.
