We will be holding our annual Christmas lunch in Fairford Community Centre on Saturday 7 December 2024.

The Farmor Room has been reserved and can accommodate 50 people. This year we will be using Sadlers caterers who come highly recommended by the Arts Society and they provide the Christmas lunch for Highworth u3a too. The food is cooked on site and because the kitchen at the community centre is quite small we will be limited to two choices of main and dessert. We do have to fill the seats to make the event viable and we would appreciate your reply slips ASAP if you plan to attend as we would like to give the caterers fair warning if we think we will need to cancel.

All applications by Monday, 18th November at the very latest please.

Please bring your own beverage of choice to drink with the meal. There is no formal seating arrangement so choose your place and sit with your friends.
