Fairford U3A AGM – Tuesday 2nd April 2019
Our AGM will be held after the General Meeting on Tuesday 2nd April in the Palmer Hall.

One requirement of the AGM is to approve the minutes from 2018. A copy can be downloaded by clicking here and will be available at the March and April General Meetings.
Another requirement of our AGM is the re-election of your Committee. This requires candidates to be formally nominated by the rank and file membership. A nomination form is attached here. This year we are looking for a Vice Chairman and a Secretary which is essential for the continuance of our U3A. We would also like a Webmaster as our present Webmaster, Doug Crowley, would like to retire.
